Topics can include estate planning, wills, family property, quitclaim deeds, heirship questions, probate education, insurance, taxes and questions families should ask a qualified professional before signing or selling.

Home Improvement Collaboration
Reaching Back connects seniors and families with trusted information, vetted referrals and appropriate community partners. We do not perform home repairs directly.
Financial Federal Collaboration
Currently available only to residents of the French Fort neighborhood.
Financial Federal offers a home improvement financing resource for qualifying residents and eligible projects. Reaching Back helps residents understand where to start and connects them with the appropriate Financial Federal representative.
Home improvement loan offer
Eligible homeowners may borrow up to $20,000 for home improvement projects. For a $20,000 secured mortgage loan, the terms are a fixed 3.00% interest rate, 3.14% APR, and 120 monthly payments of $193.12.
Homes must be owner occupied. Program restrictions apply. The number of loans is limited, and credit is subject to approval. Maximum household income is $73,200. Closing costs of no more than $500 will be deducted from the loan amount at closing. Offer effective August 25, 2026, through March 1, 2027. These payment figures describe the $20,000 example; contact Financial Federal for current terms and eligibility.
